NDE Digital Employability & Enterprise Acceleration Programme

This programme is designed to equip Nigerian youths and job seekers with practical digital, employability, and enterprise skills through structured classroom sessions, online learning, trainer-led support, attendance monitoring, and performance reporting.

Programme Overview

The NDE Digital Employability & Enterprise Acceleration Programme is designed to prepare trainees for employment, self-employment, freelancing, and small business opportunities in the digital economy.

Through a blended training model, participants will receive practical instruction, guided exercises, learning materials, assessments, and trainer support. The programme will also include attendance tracking, progress monitoring, and periodic reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes.

The goal is not only to train participants, but to help them become more confident, employable, productive, and enterprise-ready.

The programme will cover selected high-demand skill areas that can improve employability and income-generation opportunities.

Training areas may include:

Each training area will combine basic theory with hands-on practical work, assignments, and guided support from qualified trainers.

Who Can Apply

The programme is intended for eligible trainees approved under the NDE training initiative.

Applicants should be willing to attend scheduled classes, participate in practical exercises, complete assignments, and follow programme guidelines. Basic access to a smartphone, computer, internet connection, or approved training centre may be required depending on the class format.

Final admission into a class will be based on registration, review, approval, and class allocation by the programme team.

How It Works

The programme follows a simple structured process:

1. Interested participants complete the registration form.

2. Applications are reviewed and verified.

3. Approved trainees are assigned to a specific class, trainer, and session.

4. Trainees receive access to their approved class portal and Google Classroom.

5. Trainers conduct scheduled sessions and practical activities.

6. Attendance, assignments, and assessments are monitored.

7. Progress reports are prepared for programme management and NDE monitoring.

8. Eligible trainees complete the programme and may receive confirmation of participation or certification, subject to programme requirements.

Only approved trainees assigned to a class will be given access to that class.
